How to solve the puzzle with three fairies in Wanaran in Sumeru
The chest will be unlocked only after the character brings three fairies to their statues. You can find it in the south Vanarans in the normal state of the location.
Pay attention to the sky

Fairy #1

Run from the statue of the Archons to the location state change gate. To the right of the silapana is a huge stump with quatrefoils. Fly over them, and when the character is on the plant, go right to the fairy and bring her to the statue.

Near the waypoint, climb the north mountain. From there you can see a fairy, which you need to follow.
