After a tough shootout, talk to Jay and report to her that Rosalind Myers is alive. The girl will inform you that V needs to deliver the woman to abandoned building on Elizabeth Cress Street.
Bring Myers to safety
Leave the vehicle and, using the dilapidated paths, go in a northwest direction, to the quest marker.
Continue to upper tiers Pacifica, where you can open a age to the interior of the building.
Next, follow Myers until she stops at the window opening and talk to her.
During the dialogue, V will try to calm down his worried companion, who is not satisfied with the current state of affairs.
Help Myers disconnect the sensor
Despite the fact that Myers is the president, she has a sensor embedded in her neck that allows unwanted people to track her whereabouts. Approach your companion and help her get rid of the foreign object, cutting the skin.
As soon as a drone appears on the horizon, manage to complete the procedure within the allotted time (red scale). Tear out the sensor by holding down the “F” key, and then hide behind cover with Rosalind and wait for the drone to disappear around the corner of the building.
V will be ed by Jay, who will ask guide Myers through the building. Go to the door at the southern end of the corridor, then to the elevator. You won't be able to launch it using Jay.
Find the distributor in the technical room
To supply electricity, you need to penetrate a technical shaft with a distributor located nearby. Leave the room with the elevator and, turning left, go down to the lower level of the location.
Climb through the hole in the wall and go further to find yourself in a room with a shield. Reboot the allocator using the Take Control action.
Then, inspect the room for additional consumables:
- В container, located next to the stairs, you will find item components (level 4).
- В left drawer - Item components (level 4), heavy VR glasses, eco-friendly upper made from recycled bottles, and a fiberglass helmet with dust goggles.
- В right box - a worn waterproof coat, a cheap synthetic balaclava and another pair of heavy virtual reality glasses.
Leave the technical room. In the arcade room, take the item components from the container (level 2), return to Rosalind and take the elevator.
Connect to the access point so that Jay distracts the drone's attention
Once on the top floor of the hotel, Myers will notice another drone patrolling the interior lobby of the building. Jay will be able to distract his attention if V connects to the access point. The problem is that the path to the desired shield runs through the drone.
In order to remain unnoticed, It's important to keep an eye on the minimap, which displays the route and viewing radius of the car. With its help, in the “Stealth” mode, you can move unnoticed between racks and other furniture.
- Go behind the bar and wait for the drone to fly towards the eastern viewpoint. Then, move to the corner part of the shelter.
- Wait for the drone to leave the area and enter the kitchen. Inside you will find a shield that you need to interact with (“Install Virus”) so that Jay can divert the attention of the patrol car to herself.
Before continuing the mission, it is recommended to go into the storage room, the entrance to which is located next to the shield, and examine the safe.
Inside you will find 911 Eurodollars.
Steal a Barghest car
Leave the restaurant through the unlocked age: you will notice not only Hansen's people, but also the Barghest car, which will unlock the same name additional mission objective.
You can get rid of the first enemies patrolling the second tier of the territory in the “Stealth” mode: if you kill one, Rosalind will help you quietly deal with the second.
As for the other opponents:
- First of all, climb to the third tier of the location and also secretly get rid of two enemy targets.
- Then, go down the stairs. Wait until the enemy “hides” in the closet and, having followed him in, kill him or perform non-lethal disarming. Additionally, take from the safe 768 Eurodollars, and from the container - item components (level 1).
Afterwards, you can either get out through the back door, or return to the main hall and, having dealt with the remaining enemies, steal a Barghest car to quickly get out of the hotel.
In both the first and second cases, successfully complete the "Get Myers through the building" objective and begin the "Get to the building while avoiding patrols" objective.
Get to the building while avoiding patrols
After leaving the hotel, drive along roads free of patrols to get to your destination safely.
If you attract the attention of enemy targets, an additional objective will appear: “Get rid of the tail before driving to the building.” To do this, near the end of the path, get out of the car and deal with your pursuers.
End point - parking in the central part of the “Dog City” location.
Walk through the exhibition hall
Once inside the parking lot, follow the quest marker: you will soon reach an elevator that will take you to the floors of the new zone - Expocentre.
Go down the stairs and go to the exit of the exhibition hall.
In the next area you also need to get to the elevator, but before that it is recommended to look around: the room is furnished with containers and other boxes, inside of which you can find additional ammunition.
After finishing your inspection, call the elevator. Myers' attention will be attracted by strange sounds, and Jay will warn that Hansen's people were able to track down V and the President. For some time you will have to hold off opponents in battle with your own forces until he arrives reinforcements in the form of "Chimera" - a giant robot controlled by Jay.
She will deal with the remaining enemies, and then, having lost her composure, she will switch to the remaining survivors in the person of Rosalind and Vee. To successfully escape from the Chimera and not get lost in the exhibition halls, follow Myers.
Take the elevator to the subway
Interact with the touchpad to call elevator -011. Then, follow the President's lead and hide behind the column, thus avoiding most of the Chimera's ranged attacks.
As soon as the elevator reaches the desired floor, Rosalind will enter the booth. V, in turn, will fall from a sharp push provoked by a giant machine. The cables holding the elevator cabin will also not withstand the pressure of the robot and will break. At this stage of the task you will have to press the “F” key several times within the allotted time (red scale). Shoot the cable, jump, grab the cables, roll to save V's life.
How to neutralize the Chimera
Rosalind will find V unconscious in the lower tiers of the museum and will try to revive the hero before a fierce battle with the Chimera. To defeat the Chimera, it is recommended to adhere to the following tips:
- The main thing you should focus on at the beginning of the fight with the mini-boss is hit all the Chimera's weak points. The areas highlighted on the body need to be hit first.
- If the highlighting of vulnerabilities has stopped, rescan the robot (by default “Tab”).
- Dodge the beam Chimera Jump: On high difficulty levels, this attack can remove a significant percentage of V's health.
- As soon as the vehicle’s vulnerabilities are penetrated, reinforcements will appear in the form of regular and repair drones. Repair drones (highlighted by a quest marker) must be destroyed first, ordinary ones can be ignored.
- The most comfortable starting weapon for a boss fight is shotgun. To destroy “small” targets, it is recommended to switch to other weapons due to faster reloading.
- The arena where the battle takes place has a sufficient number of safe points (columns and other shelters) behind which you can hide in order to wait out a powerful volley of attacks from the enemy.
The fight with the Chimera will end as soon as the HP bar drops to 1-5% and the mission objective changes to "Climb onto the car and destroy it".
Climb onto the hull of 0005-S M and finish off the robot using the Myers grenade. Thus, the task “All the President's Men” will be completed. Next mission - complete walkthrough of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty with all story missions.
