This quest becomes available after completing the two previous tasks in the series:
All you have to do is go to the Inazuma shore north of Kujo Camp and talk to Xu Dong.

For the next dish, cooks will need a crab that lives under the Thunder Sakura. However, this tree, when approaching it, strikes anyone with lightning. Can only protect against damage Electrogranum, activated by Thunder Cherry Bough.
The traveler will be given crab bait. Activate the Electrogranum and go to the Thunder Sakura, to put the bait. Right after that, two Void Electro Mages will spawn. Fighting them under the attacks of a tree is an act of dementia and courage. Run back to the Branch and activate the Electro Granums on cooldown while fighting the enemy. Once the monsters are defeated, go back under the tree and grab Xu Dunwu's crab. If the animals run away, wait a while while running around the world.
After this, the NPC will prepare the crab korayaki and give the player the well-deserved reward.
