One of the strongest builds in the endgame at the moment is through Ice Shards, followed by Stormlash. "Fiery Wall" is worse, but not bad.

I doubt it, especially if you like it and everything is already farmed) Both builds in the first patch were on an equal footing, then there were changes and the balance changed a little, the opposite situation can happen, alas. The build through shards has better survivability - you can only change the build if you suddenly start having problems with it. Someone decides to play with hybrid builds in the end, but these two options are definitely good.

The calculator uses Aspect of Disobedience, Arrogant Aspect, Aspect of Power, Haste Aspect, Aspect of Control, Aspect of Guards, Aspect of Mage Lord (listed from bottom to top and from left to right).
