Release of Polish Medium Tanks. We look at what the new technique is and how relevant it is in the current random.
Hello tankers! With you Wotpack and a review of the branch of Polish medium tanks in World of Tanks. It is already ready for release with the final performance characteristics in patch 1.10 (released on August 4th). In some ways, it continues the tradition of heavy tanks in Poland, borrowed a little from the German and Soviet STs.
To the explicit the benefits branches powerfully attributed:
- Excellent armor penetration
- big one-time damage
- comfortable UVN (but not for everyone);
- ricochet armor;
- turbor mode at level 10.
Due to mediocre accuracy and camouflage, this technique is not suitable for ambush play, but it can perfectly realize its potential at medium and close range. And now let's take a closer look at the distinctive features of each tank.
The branch starts from level 5, with a machine very similar to the T-34, with the only difference being that the Pole got a more powerful cannon with a high alpha and excellent armor penetration.
The next tank stands out for its good dynamics and maneuverability, it can easily take a strategically important position among the first. If things take a bad turn, it will not be difficult for him to move to the other flank to the allies with fire from a 90 mm gun with an alpha of 240 units (and this is the average one-time damage for a level 8 ST).
"Seven" got at its disposal a 100 mm cannon with a one-time damage of 300 units, which allows it to confidently compete with vehicles of a higher level and even shoot many when playing from alpha. In addition to firepower, it has good mobility, therefore, like the previous model, it is effective for breaking through the flank and, in general, actively moving around the map.
At level 8, one-time damage is unchanged, but armor penetration has significantly increased (especially on gold cumulatives) and vertical aiming angles have become much more comfortable, which allows you to play from the terrain.
The armor of the hull has become worse, but now you can play from the turret, which has well uplifted the frontal armor. At the same time, the maximum speed has become lower, so it will not work just as quickly to respond to changes on the battlefield.
"Nine" in comparison with its predecessor received an increase in firepower and survivability:
- caliber increased to 105 mm;
- well added damage and penetration;
- The gun is well stabilised.
Nominally, the hull armor has become better, and due to the rational angle of inclination of the armor plates, ricochets will be much more frequent. The shape of the turret changed to rounded, but the armor became weaker.
The top of the Polish ST branch continues the trend of the previous vehicles of the branch: good firepower, but weak armor. It has impressive one-time damage and convenient UHV, which allows you to play from the alpha using the features of the terrain.
The feature of this tank is a gas turbine engine that allows you to switch between two modes:
- normal (speed does not particularly stand out against the background of classmates);
- turbo (speed increases to 70 km / h).
Mode change by pressing "X", but note that switching stops the car. At the same time, in high-speed mode, it is noticeable gun stabilization becomes worse and camouflage is reduced.
The game got shitty. Each new branch of imba. f**k the goat boyan. Previously, I went to play for pleasure. And now you just new branches.
6 years of playing and donating. You in VG have already finally got your nerves. f**k you and your project. In addition, you also snickered ... Yes. You don't care about people
nerfs
My friend also donated earlier, I’ve been playing for a year without it, nothing has changed
