How to get the Great Rune of Mog
The rune is a reward for killing a very powerful boss - Blood Lord Mog. He lives in the Mogwin Palace, a secret location, which leads to two rather difficult paths that require the completion of side tasks, and the opportunity to open them appears at different stages of the game.
How to get the Great Rune of Morgott
As usual, to get the rune, you must defeat the boss of the same name. The King of Omens is located in Leindell, the capital of the kingdom, but you will have to cross the entire city before you can reach the place of grace "The Throne of Elden". This is the closest point to Morgott's location.
Where to activate the Great Runes of Mog and Morgott
Both can be restored to the same location − Sacred Tower of East Altusto which a long bridge leads. To save time, you can get both runes before traveling to the top so that you do not have to return there.
The first step is to find on the map the Place of Grace called "Balcony overlooking the boulevard", and teleport there. On the left you will see a ladder, which you need to climb and go through the archway.
After the arch turn left again and a long way forward along the boulevard. There is no need to turn anywhere, just run down the street to the high double gates.
Next, you need to go through this gate and climb the stairs. On the way you will meet several enemies, they can be killed or ignored.
After the stairs, you need to enter the arch on the left side, behind it there is a lift, on which you need to climb to the next tier.
Again, the path forward to the next arch, which will lead to the area Outskirts of the capital and a long bridge, behind which one can see a wide tower. Enemies will interfere again, it is not necessary to fight them. You need to get to the end of the bridge.
There will be a lift inside, but you don't need to climb it. Instead, you will have to go along the right side of the hall to another exit, which also leads to a long bridge.
Directly behind it is the Sacred Tower of East Altus.
Directly outside the gate is the third lift, on which you need to climb to one of the upper floors.
The only way out of the hall will lead to the stairs leading to the top, the path continues along it. At the very end, an open roof awaits, in the center of which lie two dead fingers - a place to activate the runes.

Using the soul of Mog gives power over blood to summoned phantoms - when killing enemies, they will restore health to the one who summoned them.
There is also an interesting effect if you equip this rune and invade another world.
Morgott
The ive effect from this soul is a significant increase in maximum HP, amounting to 25%.
