What an imba Caesar is. And how much she is underestimated - much more than Topaz from HSR was once underestimated.
She became the least popular event character at the time of Bernice's release - she was spun even less often than Qingyi, and the number of spins spent was half as much as on Qingyi.

She has a lot of stunningHer ult inflicts even more stunning on enemies with shields, which is really useful if there are no people in the team who can quickly demolish the elemental shield. Instead of using Jane's ult on such opponents, it is better to use Caesar's ult - since A well-pumped Jane (with a signature) will not quickly break through the electric shield, and Caesar will quickly stun the enemy by knocking down the shield, allowing Jane to deal damage to it faster. She is almost as universal as possible - she will fit into almost any squad in the game (since her ive requires a character with help in defense) There is a micro-tightening. A little useful thing, but, as they say, a trifle, but nice. At M1, it will also increase the damage of the ENTIRE squad by an additional 15% - i.e. even Burnice's jabs will damage from the pocket more, provided that the enemy will receive damage in close combat. Let me remind you that these 15% can be received by any squad in which Caesar is, so the value of these 15% becomes even higher. Well, M1 will give a shield immediately upon entering the battle even without energy, which is also very nice.
