Troski's Quest Walkthrough in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

During the mission, you will learn about the possibility of meeting with Mr. Bergov and using your own labor to pay off the innkeeper Beta while the reckless Ptachek is resting, and argue with one of the visitors.

Wash yourself in the trough

During the conversation, Henry and Jan suddenly notice a familiar girl who was at the pond at the time of the robbers' attack. Figuring that she can vouch for the poor-looking guys, Henry decides to talk to her and find out how to get to Mr. Bergov.

Before talking to the girl who was by the pond, you need to wash yourself in the trough, otherwise no one will talk to Indro. Go to the tub on the corner of the building and wash yourself.

Return to Katerina and Beta and wait for them to finish their conversation. Once the innkeeper leaves for wine, talk to the girl. She will deny that she was present at the pond that day. You can try to choose arguments and get the girl to talk, but none of the options will be successful. To save your reputation, do not try to convince Katerina with eloquence, as the attempt will fail in any case.

Later, it will be possible to have a romantic relationship with Katerina.

Having received wine from Beta, the girl will hurry to leave, but Henry will stop her at the last moment and will be able to learn from her a bit of information about the wedding of Mr. Semin's son.

Immediately after Katerina leaves, talk to the innkeeper, who intends to employ the young men in exchange for unpaid food. During the dialogue, it is worth carefully choosing what to answer the innkeeper Beta. To earn a little reputation, do not argue with the woman and agree to do the job. To do this, select the following lines:

  • Always ready!
  • Okay.
  • Okay, let's do it.

When asked where Jan and Indřich came from, you can choose any of the available options, they will not affect anything. Collect all possible information about the holiday by saying: "I heard something about a wedding"To learn more and get hints for further actions, select the two remaining topics in turn.

Tell Ptachek about the work

Return to Mr. Ptacek and tell him about the wedding and the need to work off the food eaten at the tavern. This conversation also affects reputation, so do not pressure Jan, trying to make him work. Reply to improve reputation:

  • Okay, I'll do it myself.
  • I'll carry the bags myself.

Find out more about the wedding

Before you get to work, you can ask around the tavern to learn more about the wedding in Semin. There are three key characters who have information:

  • Miller Kreisel;
  • blacksmith Radovan;
  • Svatek Drozd.

Talking to them is not necessary, but it can earn you a little more reputation.

Talk to the blacksmith and the miller

Radovan and Kraisel are sitting at the same table, so the dialogue with them is common. After talking, you learn that each of them needs a worker. In exchange, they can arrange an invitation to a wedding for Indro. During the dialogue, you can pre-select a forge or a mill.

Tell the masters that you are looking for work and choose one of the options:

  • I'd prefer the forge.
  • I'd prefer a mill.

It doesn't matter what you choose at this stage. You'll have to decide where to work in the next quest.

Play with Svatek Drozd

The Bailiff's son Svatek Drozd is invited to the wedding and is ready to talk to Indro about it. He will refuse to help an unknown person with an invitation, but will tell you that you can get a job and thus get to the event. When you try to say goodbye, Drozd will offer to play dice, promising to help with the invitation for the win. If you agree and win, you will not receive anything anyway, so you can not waste time on the game.

Move the bags to the storage room

Once you've finished gathering information, get to work and move the flour sacks to the pantry inside the tavern. The task requires you to bring 5 of them:

  • Take the load on the cart in the yard.
  • Drag the bag inside the tavern.
  • The warehouse is on the right.
  • Place the bag on the pallet behind the stairs. It is important to leave the bags by the far wall, if you put them earlier, it will not count towards the quest.

Protect Ptacek

When you take the third sack and leave the tavern, you will witness an argument between Jan Ptacek and Svatek Drozd. The young gentleman is trying to convince the bailiff's son, who does not believe him, of his noble origins and the truth of the unpleasant story that happened to him on the road. The argument will quickly begin to gain momentum, becoming more and more aggressive.

By choosing the right options in the dialogue, you can gain some more reputation. To do this, Jan in the squabble by choosing the following options in turn:

  • Don't insult our fallen comrades!
  • Apologize to Mr. Ptacek!

You can also choose a neutral option (keep silent), in this case, reputation will not be given, but it will not be taken away either.

In any case, the argument will escalate into a fistfight. There will be six opponents, and most likely you will have to fight three or four at a time. The enemies here behave rather sluggishly, so the fight will not seem very difficult. Try to stay so that there are no more than two enemies in front of you and do not let them come from behind. To do this, you need to move and use the narrow space near the tables.

However, it is not necessary to win the fight, as soon the guards will appear and stop the fight. Henry and Jan will be arrested and put in the stocks at the pillory for the night.

While the comrades are waiting for release, a verbal altercation will begin between them. Here you can choose the lines at your discretion, as they will not affect either your reputation or the further plot.

Next quest - "Uninvited guests at the wedding".
