In Golden Moment, find people watching ments for Robin's new album near Chasika Square. Listen to what the erudroid and pepes standing at a distance from the other fans are talking about. From the conversation it turns out that they tried to purchase the singer’s new album, but were unable to - they were sold out too quickly.
Soon an unknown man will the conversation and offer to buy records from him for a price five times higher than the original one. Depending on the Pathfinder's answer, the quest may have multiple endings (rewards are the same):
- I will report you to the Hound clan.
- How much are you selling it for? Will you give me a discount?
What will happen if you inform the Hound clan
If you choose to tell the Hounds about the crime, the conversation with the fans will immediately end, and you will not be able to talk with the NPC again.
Talk to the Hound man
After the end of the dialogue, leave the Golden Moment by moving to any other location and return back. At the place where they talked with Robin fans, the Pathfinder will be met by a man from the Hound clan and will ask to show the attacker who is reselling the album.

Move closer to the group of NPCs and watch as the Hounds apprehend the mysterious Dream Seeker. The man will give the remaining album to the Pathfinder as a reward for his help.
