Sleeper agent in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is the fourth story mission of the Phantom Liberty add-on. After Jay disappears and the battle with the boss, you have to get out of the subway and go to the shelter. Be there and protect the president from danger, then come up with a plan to free the netrunner and the secret spy Reed.

You can open the mission Sleeper Agent Phantom Freedom after completing the third story quest "All the President's Men". The new part will automatically appear in the list of tasks.
Walkthrough of the Sleeping Agent quest in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty
When you've dealt with the boss from the previous mission, pick up the Chimera core and talk to Myers. Your companion will tell you that you are very lucky and will suggest you get out of this place as quickly as possible. Take everything you need and hit the road.
Find the entrance to the subway tunnel
To access the secret age, you need to open the container standing to the right of the stairs. Rosalind will be watching him.
Guide Myers through the subway tunnels
Follow straight along the narrow corridor, ing to look through the loot boxes on the sides. Try to open another door at the end, but it will be locked.
Then your partner will suggest a different way to get through: lift the camera up and open the age to get out of the container through the hatch on the roof. Go further behind the quest marker and stop after 30 meters - you need to talk to Myers.

Get Myers out of the subway
We have to find a way out of the subway and choose one of three forks. The further age option depends on this, but it does not affect the ending and rewards:
- Open the door using force or technology (right).
- Tighten the valve if the strength or technique parameters are not enough (on the right).
- Go through the technical tunnel (on the left).

Stop the steam flow
If chosen fork on the right, then go along the corridor and examine the hole in the wall from which steam is emanating.
There will be a CCTV camera hanging from above. Use the button "TAB" on PC or hold "L1" on the controller to scan it and switch off. Then the device will not transmit your location to enemies.

If you sufficient level of technology or strength, then you can deal with the door in front - unlock it or simply break it down. Otherwise, you will have to fix the leak.
Additionally, you need to shut off the steam flow. If you try to through a dangerous place without turning the valve, you will die after a few attempts. Scan the wall behind and you will find a valve.
Make your way to it through the platform that was at the fork in the tunnel, walk along the beams and jump down. There, tighten the valve and return to the small hole.
Now you can the obstacle without problems, since there will be no more steam.
Follow the corridor to the new quest point, at the end of which there is another camera. Also turn it off via the scanner and sneak to the right to open the door.
Examine the control room, collect useful items and go outside through another door to find yourself in a wide corridor. Both ways lead to it: through the valve with steam, and through the age in the technical tunnel.
Clear age into the technical tunnel
If you choose the fork on the left, then make your way behind the pipes and immediately after the narrow age look to the right.
There will be a device there that needs to be scanned and activated. After this, a pit will open from below, jump there and move straight to go through the technical tunnel. Get out of it using the stairs at the end.
Whatever fork you choose, in any case you will end up in a wide corridor. Take the level 4 item components and move on. Hallucinations will begin in the new room, and at the end the biochip will fail.
After the cutscene you need to take the elevator to the 8th floor with Myers, just click on the "08: Apartments" and wait until the booth finishes moving.
Get to the shelter with Myers
Be prepared because you will enter a danger zone. Exit the elevator and follow the corridor to the left.
Open the door to the shelter
You need to enter the shelter with Myers, she will cover your back while you look around - you can find some good items here, there is a purple punk knife. Talk to your partner to move on to the next stage.
Scan the environment and find a way to restore power
Examine the generator that Johnny is pointing at. The engine is quite old, but there is still fuel, but without electricity it cannot be started.
Scan your environment and find a working battery
Turn on the scanner and collect data about battery drones, piled on boxes. You will find a battery in one of them - take it.
Return to the de-energized generator.
Restore power to the shelter
Start the generator and there will be electricity.
Talk to Myers
You can sit down and have a drink with the President. Listen to the news of the plane crash with Kurt Hansen, the self-proclaimed head of Dog City, speaking out against the US.
Suddenly, two men will enter the shelter: you can immediately neutralize the strangers, or try to talk to them.
When uninvited guests start talking about the President's head, answer "We can discuss this". If you have chosen a path in life street child, then mark your remarks with this sign to speed up negotiations. At the end, please advise - "Don't miss this chance".
Additionally, you can talk to Taylor and Jacob to get to know them better. Ask about the feud with Hansen, ask why no one is moving here, and how things are going with the cargo. Hero-Nomad won't be as talkative.
If you decide to kill the guests, you will have to pick up the bodies and throw them into the garbage chute outside the shelter.
After that, Myers and sit on the mattress by the window. The heroes chat a little and finally fall asleep. The next morning you need to approach Myers, standing on the balcony.
Get to the Captain Caliente Diner
After discussing the details of the plan, leave the shelter and get to the phone from which you can the secret mercenary Reed. Enter the elevator and select on the "01: Street".

Find the entrance to the Captain Caliente Diner
Upon arrival, proceed to the main door. If you have enough points, open it by force or use a technical skill, otherwise either upgrade the “Ability Tree” or use the workaround.
Look around - you will notice that there are yellow wires extending from the building. Following them, proceed to the suspended structure, thus entering the diner through the entrance hole on the roof.
After you deal with the shutter, you need to scan and neutralize two laser mines, otherwise you will explode on them.
Scan your environment and find your old phone
Take out the scanner again and find the device in one of the rooms. At the same time, loot the room and collect useful items; here you can also connect and hack the terminal.
Call 0931
Enter the code «0931» and press "OK"to make a call. Hurry up to choose "Let's pick up the phone", until the character hung it back up. Reed will answer and briefly say that he is ready to meet in the daytime on the basketball court.
Get to the basketball court
Go to the meeting point marked on the map, 300 meters from the cafe. Use a car or motorcycle so you don't have to run for long. To call, press the button "V" and select transport from the proposed list.
Sit and wait for Reed
Look around and find a place on the bench next to Johnny. You can chat about his past or just watch the game until Reed shows up.
The man will poke you in the side with a weapon and order you not to turn around. Raise your hands to prove that there is only a coin from the President. Tell them that you came here on behalf of Rosalind Myers, and that there was no tail along the way.
Approach the black “tortona”
The spy will give instructions: take turns getting into a car parked 80 meters away. Go there first and take your place.
Wait for Reed and tell him the address of the house where the president is now hiding so that you can go there together.
Defuse Hansen's soldiers
Along the way, the car will be overtaken by enemies, get out and deal with them. When you're done, loot the corpses for supplies and run back to get into the car and continue your ride.
Enter the building with Reed
The house has been cordoned off by new soldiers - fight them and get inside. We need to talk to Reed and continue the offensive. You can arrange a noisy fight or sneak around, carefully eliminating enemies.

Enter the elevator with Reed
Go into the booth and select on the "08: Apartments"to take the elevator to the 8th floor.
Take Reed to the hideout
Walk along the corridor to the desired door; along the way, Reed will share his doubts that the president is unlikely to give up without a fight. There are no corpses around, so most likely they didn’t have time to get to her.
Enter the shelter
Knock on the door and announce your arrival. Rosalind will open the door and let you inside the apartment.
Talk to Myers and Reed
Go into the room with the table and discuss some details of the case. Tell us about the mysterious disappearance of Jay after the ship crashed. The former resident will share not the best impressions of working with Myers, but will still agree to help.
At this stage, you can completely abandon the further age of Phantom Liberty. After talking with Myers, Reed will turn to V and ask him to reconsider whether the promised reward is worth it. In response there will be 3 replicas to choose from:

If you choose the latter option, the Phantom Liberty story will end and you will no longer be able to return to it.

Shake hands and start searching. Go down the elevator using the button "01: Street" and go outside.
Find additional orders in Dog City
As an additional goal of the task, you can look for orders in the area. To do this, open the map and follow the blue icons indicating characters with requests. the fixers to take on a simple task in exchange for a reward.
Wait 2 days for Reed to call
Open the character menu with "h" buttons and select a function "Wait". In the window that appears, move the arrow to 24 hours and confirm the action. Repeat the procedure again to miss the total 2 day.
Talk to Reed
