In the third stage, 2 difficulty modes are available:
- Regular scores. The main goal is to go through 4 rounds in succession, defeat several groups of enemies and finally win hydro cube. All power-ups are available from the start and are issued automatically, but they can be activated a limited number of times. Heroes are respawned at the start of the round.
- saturated scores. You need to defeat only one boss, after selecting the desired dissonance.
Below you can find detailed recommendations for quickly ing all the tests.
dissonances
Buffs available during the stage:
- Thunder symphony - +150% Electro damage to all party for 12 seconds.
- Ice key - +150% Cryo damage to all party for 12 seconds.
- Avalanche volume - the character enters the Avalanche state: if you freeze the enemy, a shock wave will be created, inflicting Cryo damage in an area near this enemy. The effect occurs every 8 seconds and stacks up to 2 times.
- stone timbre - All party gain +60 energy, then recover 8% of their maximum HP every second for 12 seconds.
Best characters and squads
Recommended team line-up:
- Since Hydro is the most common enemy, they are best countered by Cryo characters. At the same time, they also receive a bonus to damage in the 2nd hall. Suitable for the role of main-dd: Eola.
- To simplify the battle, it is advisable to put a Cryo sup-dd with area damage next to the damage dealer: Shen He.
- The damage buff is also available to Electro characters, which can be equipped for the role of sup-dd with damage outside the battlefield: Traveler.
- Shields or healers are recommended for the last slot: Jean. Almost all enemies attack continuously, dealing a lot of damage, so s that provide healing or protection are extremely effective. In addition, hypostasis creates bubbles throughout the fight, which are much easier to escape with the help of a shield.
When choosing a team, it is also worth considering that many Hydro opponents slow down the cooldown of the elemental skill, so archers or heroes with their own fast reload are best suited.
Squad examples:
Character 1 | Character 2 | Character 3 | Character 4 | Features |
---|---|---|---|---|
Eola is effective through both physical attacks and Cryo abilities. At the same time, Rosaria helps her to keep enemies in Freeze much more actively. If Lyla is present, she will also be able to deal additional Cryo damage. Beidou - Electro out of the battlefield. | ||||
An excellent squad that will easily close all rounds of this stage thanks to a large amount of Cryo infusion and area damage. You can put Hydro instead of Xiangling, but this is only useful for round 3 in normal scores. Otherwise, it is better to give preference to either another Cryo or Electro/Geo/Pyro. | ||||
A good unit with Cryo and Electro area damage and increased defense. Zhongli can be replaced with Layla or Noelle. | ||||
Razor can not only effectively use the Electro damage buff, but it also pairs well with Cryo characters for the Superconductor. Although this reaction is useful only in the 3rd and partly 2nd hall of normal scores, even in rooms against elemental enemies, the team will be able to perform very well. |
Regular scores
Consider which enemies will be encountered in each round and which dissonances are given for testing:
- Enemies: Hydro mimics (boar, crab, squirrel, duck, crane). Dissonance: Thunder symphony.
- Enemies: Void Herald: Evil Currents. Dissonance: Ice key.
- Enemies: Fatui Skirmisher Electro Hammerer. Dissonance: Avalanche volume.
- Boss: Hydro hypostasis. Dissonance: stone timbre.
Recommendations for ing:
- In the 1st hall, you have to fight with a large number of Mimics, the most effective method of combating which is to apply Cryo damage in an area. But since the bonus in this case is Electro damage, you can also use electric skills outside of the battlefield to get through the round faster.
- In the 2nd hall will meet 2 Abyss Herald: Wicked Torrents. Periodic cryo damage is also effective against them. Basic tactic: Attack with abilities and stack up ults until the Heralds activate their shields, then use an elemental blast to quickly take down their barriers.
- In the 3rd hall, you need to defeat ordinary human enemies. They don't pose much of a threat. Dissonance in this case will only work if there is a Hydro character in the squad or if the Hydro Chemist hits other enemies with a flask. If Electro hammerers activated shields, they are most effectively removed with the help of Cryo.
How to defeat Hydro Hystasis in the Rippled Pond Scherzo
After the start of the battle, the cube will instantly summon 3 drops on different sides of the arena: 2 of them attack the character, 1 heals hypostasis. Since the boss's HP is already full at the beginning of the battle, it's best to defeat the attacking slugs first.
They are also destroyed by the explosive abilities of other elements. This can be used in case all frost abilities are on cooldown or there are no archers.
The peculiarity of the boss is that he constantly creates bubbles throughout the arena. If you hit them, the character will be immobilized for a few seconds. Therefore, move more carefully or try to be under the shield. If you are trapped, continuously press the spacebar or the icon on the right.
Use dissonance "Stone tone" after activating Elemental Explosions to instantly gain 60 units of energy. Also, the buff should be activated if there are problems with HP, as it allows you to regenerate health.
The best time to attack - when the boss surrounds himself with many small cubes (water sphere). In this case, he is in the vulnerable state for the longest time, which means this is the perfect moment to use all the ultimates and skills available.
At the end of the battle, the cube will call again drops. Use Cryo on them to prevent them from approaching the boss and restore him. If they are destroyed, the enemy will be defeated.
Rich scores (fearless)
There are 3 additional difficulty levels available for rich scores: normal, high и fearless. In all cases, the boss gains an additional level, increased health, and the number of dissonances that can be used is reduced.
If you want to get everything at once Phenocrystal Shards, we recommend setting the fearless level. In of the overall degree of difficulty, it does not differ much from the previous ones, especially since there are no time limits. The most important thing is to try not to take too much damage and deal damage gradually.
Recommendations for ing:
- Take the dissonance "Ice Tone", if the main damage dealer is a Cryo character, "Thunder Symphony", if you use Electro as your main DD, "Stone tone", if you play without a healer, have little energy regeneration on heroes or expensive elemental explosions.
- Use potions that increase elemental damage or give resistances, as well as food with buffs or protection.
- Destroy the slime drops to prevent the hypostasis from regenerating.
- Try to stay under the shield or avoid getting hit by bubbles, as they immobilize the character for a few seconds. If you do fall into the trap, continuously press the space bar.
- Wait for the animation to create a water sphere from the cubes and start attacking using all your ultimates and skills. This is the only moment when the boss is open for a long time.
Awards
After ing regular scores issued:

I want to add that dendro heroes, especially Nahida, just pulverize any hydro enemies. Mimics are no match for her at all. Also, drops of hypostasis from one mark explode. So, although there are no notes on the dendro, let Nahida Suprimashi also be your choice)
