The mission “A hand washes a hand” is automatically added to the “Journal” after successful completion of the task "Old Wounds", in which V and Reed search for the Skater, a man who can find Jay. Then you need to complete at least three orders for Mr. Hands:
- Out of sight, out of mind.
- Acrobatic stunts.
- The forest is being cut down and the chips are flying.
- Saints from Dog City.

Netrunner Jay fell into the net of the main thug in Dog City and is in the most protected and dangerous place - in "Black Sapphire". In order to enter the territory of the building, as well as get out of there safe and sound, you need to enlist the of not only new, but also old acquaintances.
Call Mr. Hands
The first person V ed was Mr. Hands, a former employee of the Petrochem Corporation and Pacifica fixer. Expand the list of s (by default “T”) and, having found the desired name, hold down the call button (by default “F”).

Later you will receive a message with the address and access code.
Get to the Heavy Hearts Club
Get to bar, located in the central part of the city, near the IBM Petrochem stadium.

Enter the code on the terminal and go up to the private floor
To start the elevator, enter the access code that Mr. Hands sent earlier - 2589. Then, enter the booth and go up to floor "03", to the numbers.
Knock on the door located in the central part of the corridor and talk to Pacifica's fixer. The reason why Mr. Hands is ready to help V in the difficult task of finding Jay is the desire to free the city from Hansen’s influence. For the previously rendered service, he will not only provide a plan of the Black Sapphire, but will also kindly indicate particularly dangerous points of the skyscraper.
Having finished discussing the mission, leave the club.
Meet Reed at The Moth
Open your s list, find Reed's number and call him (default "F"). Send information about Black Sapphire and arrange the next personal meeting.
Go to Coastal slums. To do this, use the fast travel point located at the IBM Petrochem stadium.
Then, visit the Moth diner, where you previously met with Alex (mission sleeper agent Rosalind. During a frank conversation, the man will also share details of the assassination attempt that was committed on him seven years ago.
Follow Reed
Following the desire to share previously experienced moments, Reed will offer a “walk” through the hidden rooms of the Moth. Together with the agent, take the elevator down to boiler room.
Seven years ago, Jay was ordered to eliminate Reed. The execution of the sentence took place in this very room - in the boiler room, which the agent’s team considered their refuge, home and main base. Despite the “betrayal,” the man sincerely wants to help the girl.
The conversation will be interrupted by Alex, who managed to come up with a reliable plan to penetrate Black Sapphire. V's task is to get inside through the flooded tunnels, find terminal и hack cameras, go up to the top floor using the elevator and, together with Reed, gain access to the main part of the skyscraper, where, based on the data received, Jay is kept.
Take the wetsuit and inspect the contents of the boxes
For V's inspection there are many boxes with useful contents.
You are allowed to take everything, as long as there is enough space in the “Inventory”. From the main boxes, in turn, you can pick up:
- Iconic pistol "Her Majesty" — Alex’s personal weapon, which the girl used during her service days;
- Army wetsuit, which will help overcome the toxic waters of the skyscraper tunnels.
