To gain the sympathy of the chosen ones, Henry must help them with their requests, successfully their stat checks, have a decent reputation, look neat and simply show signs of attention to them. In most cases, key romantic options are highlighted with a red heart sign.

Upgrade your reputation

Reputation determines people's attitude towards Jindřich and his fame in Bohemia. To pump up a positive reputation, it is enough to follow three rules:

• Don't commit illegal acts. Don't kill, don't steal or at least don't get caught stealing, don't enter someone else's territory, and so on.
• various NPC checks in the game world. A few well-chosen words and help in business will allow Henry to gain good fame among the population.
• Before communicating with the lady of your heart, wash Indro and make him look neat.

Complete personal quests

Scholarship does not greatly affect romances in the game, although checks with it are present. Basically, this additional skill is pumped by reading books and gaining new knowledge about the world. A better alternative to eloquence, especially early in the adventure, is charm and the associated check on impression.
