The story finds Sarah on the seashore next to one of the favorites - Luke / Michael / Derek / Stephanie / Aaron / Cherry, promising that they will definitely meet again. If there are no favorites, Sheriff Nixon is by the sea, cheering the girl on, but a shot is heard in the distance. It turns out that this is just a dream.
Sarah wakes up in a freak circus. A masked man performs on stage in front of the audience. The girl feels for him:
- Hatred (👿➖leaves inner demon hungry);
- Respect (😈➕feeds the demon).
A new member of their team enters the stage - the strong man Sisyphus, rolling stones, overcoming pain. After the performance, the Masked Man invites the girl to choose among the audience the one who deserves punishment - for example, the flayer. Is it necessary to take it?
- No (👿➖leaves inner demon hungry)
- Yes (😈➕feeds the demon).
At dinner, the Masked Man says he knows about her nightmares, and punishes her with insomnia. At night, Sarah hears terrible screams and, running to find out what happened, she sees how the director of the circus is going to make the flayer part of his troupe. 
Is it worth it to stop?

The man turns into a large animal named Actaeon. Sarah can no longer look at such "transformations". Noticing this, the circus owner lets her just leave, but trusts that she will return.
The heroine finds herself on the streets of Saintfor again. She sees how the bandit is catching up with some woman.
The man severely injures the victim with a crowbar, then spots Sarah. She tries to run away, but the bandit aptly throws a crowbar at her back. Time selection:
- begging for mercy (no);
- Call for help (no);
- run (no);
- Get to the scrap (correctly).
If they grabbed a crowbar, the heroine hits the stranger on the head with it, and he falls:
- Finish him off (😈➕feeds the demon);

Sarah then checks on what happened to the victim and is horrified to recognize her as an adult. Candy. She cannot leave her dead friend on the road and brings her body to the circus tents. There, the Masked Man and his henchmen help her.
At the next performance, the circus owner says that Candy's killer is in the audience. How to proceed?
- Punish him (😈➕heroine much feeds the inner demon);
- To believe that fate itself will punish him for this (👿➖leaves the inner demon hungry).
If they chose to punish, the offender deserves repentance through eternal suffering and turns into a dystrophic freak of Sicarius.
If they chose to spare, the Masked Man gives the girl a small gift - resurrects Candy. But he is not omnipotent either: she can only live in the circus, and outside it she will die.
The path of the satiated demon. Sarah stays at the circus.
Way of the Hungry Demon. The heroine does not change her decision to leave.
