How to start the quest Proposed Plan

To access the quest, you must first complete the quest chain Chronicles of the Fontaine Research Institute, connected to the Kingdom's Hydro central laboratory.

Having fulfilled the condition, go to Port Lumidus and talk to the researcher standing near the teleport.

Walkthrough of the Assumed Plan quest in Genshin Impact

After talking with Fusilier and Raimondo, find out that the Fontaine Institute is conducting an investigation regarding the explosion and the disappearance of the archium. The main suspect is the escaped Necker, and it is he who will have to be found during the quest.

Go below Port Lumidus

Return to the ship with Shossiver

Talk to Chaussiver and Lemark, then head to the ship with them. Use the teleportation point and you will quickly find yourself at the top. After a short cutscene, the ship will go to the Rusty Steering Tavern.

Find Kovo

Once on the shore, go to the tavern and find a man named Kovo, who is suspected of participating in a deal with the archium core. The man must be identified among all the drunkards in the Rusty Helm: the desired character lies on the ground under a tree, on the right side of the destroyed ship.

As soon as you wake up the drunkard, he will attack the group - defeat Kovo in battle and talk to him again to deliver the man aboard the ship.

Go to the delivery location

Kovo will tell you where the delivery point is - go there and follow the drunkard to find traces of the archium.

Go to the actual delivery location
