I simply excluded the "incompetents" from the group and sent them to the camp. Then I moved away from the problematic place and also returned to the camp. In the camp, I accepted them back into the group.:))
But I had a different situation: 2 of the group were stuck on an island, and there were chasms around, and the “land” was located higher and they could not jump.
