The first bird is located at the top of Mount Aozang. Teleport and climb the mountain higher. The second is located near Mount Hulao. Glide onto the nearby rock with a spiral from the teleport point. The third statue is located on the mountain to the south, near the statue of Archon Li Yue, you can fly to it from Qingyun Peak.
Point the birds towards the monument and a beam of light will shoot out of them. Then a huge air current will appear at the peak, which will help you rise up to the Cloud Mansion.
