How to get Puppet Strings in Genshin Impact
Puppet Strings are one of the resources that drop after defeating Shouki no Kami, the Prodigal from Sumeru. You can find this boss in the dungeon Workshop Dzeruri, it is located in the Chinwat Gorge, east of Sumeru City. To open it, the following conditions must be met:
- Have 35 adventure rank.
- Complete the mission of the Archons Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises.
After that, the arena will become available for farming. Materials from the dungeon start dropping from stage 2, Memories: Shining Altar of Eternity II, inclusive. In total, three types of resources fall with Seki nokami, among which the same Puppet Threads may randomly appear. After defeating the boss, approach the earth artery flower that will appear in the center of the arena, spend 30 or 60 units of original resin and collect your rewards.
Puppet Threads are a unique drop and can only be obtained once a week. The number of rewards directly depends on the level of the dungeon, but the maximum is no more than three materials in total.
Who Needs Puppet Strings
Puppet strings are needed to improve the talents of the characters - Faruzan. For pumping one talent at levels 7/8/9/10 need to spend 1/1/2/2 threads, respectively. Thus, improving one skill to the maximum will require 6 threads, and full leveling of Nahida will cost 18 units resource.
