Briefly about the events of the previous season of the anime
Iori Kitahara is a freshman at Izu College who moves into his uncle Toshio Kotegawa's dive shop. Despite the proximity to the ocean and new place of residence, the protagonist did not particularly know how to swim and did not like the theme of underwater adventures. However, on the very first day, the young man finds himself drawn into a local party of divers from the Peek a Boo club, organized in this store, and becomes imbued with their ion.
New acquaintances, as well as Iori’s two cousins, Tisa and Nanaka Kotegawa, inspire the guy to take up diving and cast aside all fears and doubts. To top it off, Kitahara drags his friend Kohei Imamura, an otaku who dreams of a harem, into the club, and later the team is replenished with freshman Aina Yoshiwara. The last participant in the diving party, whom the main character meets very piquantly, turns out to be third-year student Azusa Hamaoka.
Together with new friends, Iori begins a student life full of bright impressions and memorable moments. He goes scuba diving, tries to get a scuba diver's license, participates in beauty pageants, gets drunk at parties and just enjoys the process.
The final episodes of the anime focus on the diving license exams. Kitahara knocks him down, but doesn't give up because it was fun, and the group decides to celebrate the latest events with a full-blown Otori party at the hotel.
What will happen in the second season of The Vast Ocean
It is expected that the new season of The Vast Ocean will start with the bachelorette party of the female half of “Peek a Boo” and the preparation of the heroes for the concert of seiyu Kaya Mizuki, who shares their ion.

Write in the comments if you are looking forward to the premiere of the second season of The Vast Ocean, and watch others on our website anime articles in a special section.
Stop pretending that the anime is very good, its humor is terrible, they make a young guy suffer from alcoholism, and also take away their clothes. The main character does not develop at all in of attitude or diving, he is the worst of all the main characters I have watched, even worse than Naruto himself, who stands out only because he tries to curb the power of the tailed beast, which is not his own, Naruto is at least a little smarter than the main character from "the vast ocean"
The original source is the funniest work in principle. Each chapter is filled with very high-quality humor. By the way, on MAL the manga ranks 9th in ratings, while in the top 10 it is the only comedy, and also the most recent manga, because the rest are from the late 90s - early 00s.
So I recommend it to everyone!
