Quest Walkthrough Starts in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
While in the ring, repel the first attack and prepare for a protracted siege: collect supplies, talk to the captain and prepare your own squad for subsequent battles.
Repel the onslaught of the Praguers
To repel the onslaught of the Praguers, you need to go to the palisade. First, from the stand near the stairs take the glaive, it will help in the fight against soldiers trying to climb the wall.
Leaning out through the embrasure, using a long-range weapon you can destroy several opponents, so that in the future it would be easier to fight in close combat.
Stop the attack on the gate
Very soon the Praguers will go on the offensive, and the fighters of Suhdol will have to defend the main entrance. Head to the central part of the wall. Take the shells near the opening. Move left and right and throw stones on the heads of your opponentsto stop the attack on the gate. You need to drop 5-6 boulders in total.
The next wave will be soldiers with ladders, there is no point in shooting at them, since the damage to these enemies is not suitable. Use the glaive you took earlier and knock down the ladders by holding "E" next to the loophole.
Henry's allies will actively help, so it is enough to knock down only 1-2 ladders, not all five. If the enemy managed to climb up, he can be attacked before he jumps down.
Eventually the soldiers will retreat. Listen to Jan Zizka's speech and go to bed.
Go to Janos for food
In the morning Jindřich will wake up Bogut and tell him about his plans for the next few hours. Following him, you can hold down "Left Alt" and learn about the conflict between Žižka and Petr: Boguta will ask not to contradict the captain, so as not to aggravate the situation.
First It's worth going to Janos for food, go down the stairs into the courtyard, go forward and enter the door on the left. The man is sitting in the first room.
In conversation, choose the following lines:
- "I want to eat" - receive bread, cheese and sausage from the Hungarian.
- "Will our supplies last long?" - you will learn about the general state of affairs concerning the fortress’s food supply.
You can ask Janos for more food, but he will refuse Henry, citing strict portions for each soldier.
Ask Frenzel about ammunition
Another important task that will increase the general morale of the militia and increase reputation is to ask Frenzel about ammunition. Go to the outer courtyard and follow it to the forge.
In addition to general responses, you can ask the question: "Can I help you with anything?"The centurion will ask Henry to sharpen several blades.
First, you need to collect the swords for sharpening: they are lying on the table next to the centurion. Take both blades and go to the sharpening wheel.
Select the "old sword" and begin work. Turn the weapon so that sparks come from it. If the tool smokes, it is tilted too much. Now All that remains is to sharpen the swords and give them to Frenzel both blades. Once the weapon's condition is correct, Henry will give the appropriate line.
Visit Musa and Katerina in the infirmary
It is also recommended to visit Musa and Katerina to the infirmary: they are located in the northwest of the fortress, in the place where the stables used to be. Talk to any of the two NPCs and exhaust all dialogues to increase your reputation. You can offer to help Katerina, but she will refuse.

Provided that you have previously completed the "White Deer" quest and made friends with the hunter, you will be able to recruit him into your squad. Go along the wall where you spoke with Boguta and Jan to find the man.
Choose the answers sequentially:
- "Have you lost your entire family?"
- "Are you practicing shooting from the walls?"
- "Let's shoot" - will launch an archery competition, which will allow you to increase your reputation and acquire long-range weapons.

- "You can handle it, I have no doubt."
After finishing the dialogue, go to bed.
Check posts
At night, the Dry Devil will wake up Henry and tell him about the need to check the posts: there are four points to go around, however These goals can be skipped and go straight to the western palisade.
You can also conscientiously by all the watch points:
- Climb the stairs near the stables to check the post on the east wallThe soldiers will report that everything is fine.
- Climb up the stairs to the right of the exit from the courtyard. When you reach the post, you will find a sleeping defender of Sukhdol. To wake the guard at the main gate, it is enough to hit him without a weapon.
- Of the optional objectives, it remains to check the post at the gate of the outer courtyard. The soldiers there will report that some movement was noticed on the other side of the swamp.
Check the post at the western stockade
Walk along the wall to the post at the western palisade. Henry will be stopped by a warrior who will call him lord. Any remark will let you know that something is wrong, and you can also see enemies behind the soldier. Attack the enemy and prepare to defend the fortress.
First the stairs need to be knocked down in the far part of the post. This can be done with the glaive obtained at the beginning of the quest. It is important to kill all the Praguers who have made their way into the fortress and not let the enemy capture the gates.
Meet the others and listen to orders

For me, both the Hunter and the Flayer are not active, although the quest was completed and the skin was returned... Although I then turned in to the Hunter that the Flayer wanted the skin, but it still feels somehow offensive 🙁
same thing, quest is done - characters are not active!
