I calculated incorrectly, the maximum critical chance from disks is 96% but this does not change the fact that it is impossible to collect 70/140 without an amplifier

I don’t understand how the recommended stats say 70+/140 when the maximum chance of a crit from disks is 81.6% (disk on CC + 6 disks with 4+ CC), therefore achieving at least 100% crit is already about (or) impossible.
