As you progress through the main quest, find a gold-trimmed book with a red binding in Maleshov. Complete the hostage rescue from the fortress and immediately return to Rose with the find and new stories. Using the secret age under the fortress, enter Maleshov without making any noise. The next goal will be to get the keys to all the locks from the cook Dragomira, which will allow you to easily get to the second floor of the main tower. Go down the stairs on the right to the wooden hut and disarm the woman to take the items.
From the kitchen, slip past the guard to the east and climb the stairs to the tower entrance.
