Then take a few skill checks:
- "I am a wandering student" - a persuasion check, a characteristic score of at least 11 points is required.

Once you have convinced the courtier, examine him and make the correct diagnosis:
- "What did you treat yourself with?" is a test of conviction.
- "I'll examine you, sir" is a survival test.
- "Describe pain" is a test of learning.
- "What kind of life are you leading?" is a test of learning.
- "Make a diagnosis."
- "The fluids in your body have lost their balance."
- “I have neither the equipment nor the recipe to prepare the potion.”
- "I'll go get something."

Get something for the chamberlain's stomach
Now it's time to visit the tower with the healer's room to get something for the chamberlain's stomach. To do this, return to the forge and go up the stairs leading to the kitchen. Climb to the very top and go into the right room where you will encounter Katerina.
You will find it on the shelf on the left doctor's diary, which must be read, and a Strong Pain-Relieving Decoction, and in a chest locked with a very light lock are all the necessary ingredients.
Go to the alchemy table and brew an antidote:
- Pour water into the cauldron and add 2 handfuls of thistle.
- Boil the broth for 2 hours, then remove the container from the heat.
- Grind the nettles in a mortar and add them to the cauldron, then lower the clock for another turn, and then raise the container again.
- Crush the charcoal and add to the potion.
- Pour the resulting potion into a bottle.
The chamberlain doesn't understand medicine, so it is not necessary to prepare an antidote, you can make do with a simpler recipe, making a fever remedy.
In the room opposite the alchemy table, you can find a potion for the chamberlain in the left chest. It is locked with a complex lock, but if you can open it with your current skills and just one lockpick, you will get all the necessary potions from there.
