How to complete Swarm Leader in HSR
Throughout Update 3.2, the Sky-Enveloping Star-Eater Swarm and the Lightning Wolf Lord can be encountered as part of the mode's challenges.
In the battle with the strengthened Scarakabas, one of the following enhancements will help:
- Knowledge and decency - increases penetration of all types of resistances if there is at least one Erudition character in the team. Suitable for any teams gathered around Ninja Rappa and other representatives of the Path.
- Amazing remark — increases the damage of superpowers and resistance to effects of the entire squad. This type of damage is relied upon, for example, Knight Argenti.
- There is no escape route — for several turns gives a significant bonus to the damage of the character spending his HP. Such are, for example, warrior Midey.
To fight Huley in the second phase of the test, you will need a bonus:
- Sweeping Storm — increases the speed of the entire squad for a couple of turns when an ally penetrates a vulnerability. The following can benefit from the buff: the genius Ruan Mei.
- The Rebirth of a Faded Tree - designed to quickly heal characters that are consuming HP.
- Pursuit and elimination — increases damage from bonus attacks performed by the squad. This mechanic is possessed by Dr. Ratio.

Guide to The Illusion of the End
In its structure and general game rules, “Illusion of the End” is quite similar to “Pure Fiction”, but still differs from it in a number of rules that make the mode much more difficult than all existing ones.
Basic rules of the mode
Among the main differences between “The Illusion of the End” and “Pure Fiction” are the following innovations:
- The ability to re- Nodes 1 and 2 separately if you are dissatisfied with the result in only one part of the test. However, when you restart the Node, you cannot configure the squad again. Only level increases of characters, their light cones and relics are taken into .
- When replaying the entire level, it will be possible to replace the characters in the units used in the first run, as well as change their light cones and relics directly in the mode menu.
Node Bosses
Nodes from each of the four available stages will be presented only bosses. Battles will not have waves; the main goal of each test will be to defeat opponents and reduce HP to 0. Node bosses are different from the usual ones and have a number of key features. The higher the challenge level, the more features the enemy will have.
If you encounter difficulties during the age, you can get some tips on countering the enemy’s abilities in a special tab "age Strategy" in the upper right corner of the screen.
Embers and Final Postulates
In each new phase of the mode, new ones will appear Smouldering coals - special bonuses that operate at all levels of the challenge and enhance certain aspects of the characters. Before each battle, you will also be offered the opportunity to choose one of three Postulates of the final, enhancing or adding certain mechanics to the squad.
Action index in battle
Instead of the usual moves and cycles, the test will act Action Index. At the start of each Node, the score is 2. A certain number of points will be subtracted each time an ally or enemy performs an action.
The final result of the Node is added up from the amount of reduced boss HP, as well as the remaining Action Index. If the boss has not been defeated, this stat will only add up to the amount of damage dealt to the boss. The final score of the entire stage represents the results of the first and second completed Nodes. When retaking the test, only the best ing rate is taken into .
Best characters
The following characters will be most suitable for ing the “Illusion of the End” tests: attacking types:
Character | Path | Damage type | Features |
---|---|---|---|
Standard DPS hero available to all players. Thanks to different types of stance during his ult, he is able to inflict damage and reduce the durability of both one boss and the creatures and structures he summons. | |||
The best ice-type damage dealer, dealing enormous damage to a single target and area. If the boss has an ice vulnerability, it can play a decisive role in the battle. | |||
A strong Wind-type hero who can perform bonus attacks outside of his turn, thereby reducing the vulnerability of opponents faster. | |||
Main-DD of an imaginary type, which has a number of skill variations that allow you to inflict damage on both a selected single target and a group of enemies on the battlefield. | |||
The heroine is capable of not only inflicting huge fire-type damage on the boss, but also independently making him vulnerable to her attack type. Thus, it allows you to fight bosses that do not have a weakness to fire damage, in the absence of suitable damage dealers of the required type. | |||
A powerful and durable DD with not only high damage rates on multiple targets, but also restores his own health and energy. Provokes enemies to attack him and deals a number of counterattacks, some of which receive a boost. | |||
One of the best options for physical damage dealers for boss battles. By activating a normal and enhanced bonus attack, the girl will retaliate every time an enemy deals damage to her or her teammate (with her superpower active). | |||
An effective quantum-type damage control available to everyone, inflicting enormous damage with superpowers, as well as reducing the enemy’s resistance, regardless of his vulnerabilities. If the boss has a weakness to quantum damage, he will receive even more buffs. | |||
Performs frequent single and mass attacks together with the summoned spirit of memory, Seamstress, which is suitable against bosses with minions on the battlefield. "Hangs" the enemy with a status that makes Seamstress accelerate. | |||
A great character for fighting against bosses. Due to his skills, he can perform huge sequential damage on the same target. | |||
The best physical damage dealer for single target combat, capable of inflicting physical vulnerability on enemies. | |||
Due to the presence of one boss or another strong enemy on the battlefield, Topaz's ability will significantly increase the damage of bonus attacks that hit the enemy. For teams whose damage is focused specifically on this type of attack, the girl will become an indispensable assistant. | |||
Being the Path of the Hunt, she effectively deals damage to only one enemy, is played from bonus attacks and becomes strongest with the presence of frequently attacking characters in the team. The heroine's ultimate reduces the enemy's durability, ignoring his vulnerability. | |||
If there are a sufficient number of debuffers or other heroes in the team that can apply weakening to the enemy, it will become the main source of damage. | |||
Despite the fact that Jing Yuan’s skills are aimed at causing massive damage across the entire area of the playing field, he can become a good electric-type damage dealer by activating the Lightning Lord’s bonus attacks. | |||
Possesses an enhanced type of superpower, due to which it deals the highest percentage of damage in the area and solo target if the enemy is left alone on the battlefield. Needs constant influxes of energy, as a result, it has high synergy with such s as Tingyun and Hoho. | |||
The main DD, aimed at dealing ice damage to several targets and ideally requiring another hero of the Path of Erudition in the team, which increases the critical damage of all party . | |||
She can be both a primary and secondary damage dealer, in combat she deals area attacks and is played from vulnerability penetration, therefore, for full disclosure she requires appropriate heroes. | |||
A legendary hero from the standard ones, who can both form the basis of the group and with secondary damage. When penetrating the vulnerability of enemies, activates bonus attacks over an area. | |||
An indispensable damage dealer for teams playing against DoT attacks. If there are characters in the squad capable of inflicting periodic damage statuses, it will become the main source of damage to the boss. | |||
One of the best representatives of the Path of Nothingness in of dealing damage. If only the boss is present on the battlefield, Acheron's damage will increase significantly due to the imposition of the Crimson Knot status. To fully unleash its potential, it requires at least two representatives of Nothingness in the team. |
Best Squads
Despite the fairly strong similarity with the “Pure Fiction” mode, the “Illusion of the End” tests have many serious differences that require a special approach to preparation. The focus will shift from massive damage to single damage, allowing for experimentation with other teams. Basic rules that will help you assemble good units for the Illusion of the End:
- Focus on the heroes of the Paths hunting, Nothingness and especially Destruction. Despite the fact that some bosses are able to summon other opponents to the battlefield, the main damage will still fall on him. Characters with the ability to deliver retaliatory strikes or bonus attacks will be extremely useful.
- Heroes erudition may be useful only in some specific cases: for example, when the boss summons many minions with a certain type of vulnerability.
- When choosing a strong character whose skills are aimed at a solo target, it makes sense to take more heroes into the squad in the person of Harmony and / or Nothingness. If there is a choice between Abundance and Conservation, it is worth choosing one in order to free up a slot for another for damage control.
- If the selected squad is not distinguished by high damage rates, be sure to take into your team, in addition to the sub-DD, a character capable of creating shield. In this case, you will be able to withstand the boss’s attacks longer and, accordingly, inflict more attacks per allotted Action Index. The higher the enemy’s reduced HP, the more final points and rewards you can collect.
General tips and tricks for ing
Other features of combat include:
- The priority target of the battle should be the main boss, for reducing whose HP points are awarded. Shifting your focus to other enemies only makes sense if the summoned structures or allies are a serious threat to the team's survival (for example, spears and shields cheetah and etc.).
- When choosing Final Postulates, it makes sense to equip the one that brings the greatest increase to the team's overall damage. If there are several characters in the party with bonus attack abilities, take a buff that focuses specifically on this aspect, and not on the increase in damage of certain skills. The same principle works with periodic damage or penetration damage. Other bonuses will be useful only for those heroes who do not possess any of these mechanics.
Completed stages of the Illusion of the End
Below you will find walkthroughs of completed stages of combat activity:
The enemies in Illusion of the End version 2.7 will be: Kokoliya and a variation of the troupe "Koshmariki" The Banafedra Collective of the Wonderful Forest. The Smoldering Embers buff in phase extends to Vulnerability Penetration damage and bonus attacks. Similar to previous seasons, major bosses have the Unyielding Defense status, which reduces damage taken until their stamina is broken. Once broken, team skill points are restored and the squad gains action progress, while the boss's turn is further delayed.
The Smoldering Embers buff is active in both rooms on any difficulty, and the selected party can additionally choose one of the Final Postulate buffs. The following effects are available in Kokolia's trial:
- "Piercing Frost": All enemies receive piercing damage increased by 10%. After piercing an enemy's vulnerability, all allies gain 20% speed for 2 turns.
- "The persistence of decay": Before an enemy with Unyielding Defense status is breached, the damage over time they received is recorded. After the vulnerability is breached, that enemy takes additional damage equal to 200% of the total damage over time they received.
- "Storm Tide": Quantum damage dealt by all allies is increased by 60%. After defeating an enemy, the attacking ally's action moves forward by 15%.
Teams fighting the Banafedra Collective of the Odd Forest can benefit from one of the following buffs:
- "Crib": Using a skill or super ability on an ally increases the target's attack power by 25% for 2 turns. This effect can stack up to 2 times.
- "Break between classes": All allies' Super damage dealt to enemies with a broken vulnerability is increased by 70%
- "Delay after class": All allies' basic attack and skill damage is increased by 55%.
Despair Mistral Crusher: How to Defeat Cocolia
In the first half you will need to defeat the Despair Mistral Crusher: Kokolia (vulnerabilities: fire, electric, wind, quantum), constantly transferring its vulnerability types to summoned creatures. It is important to note that the opponent begins the battle together with Cheetah, who complicates the process of fighting by creating barriers that absorb damage.
On the third and fourth difficulties, along with the summoning of the mistrals, characters in the team are marked with marks, allowing the boss to repeat the skill - select targets and deal damage until all marks are used up. As a result, to defeat the enemy, you need to quickly deal with additional enemies in any of the phases.
Before the trial begins, arm your assembled squad with the appropriate Endgame Postulate buff:
- "The persistence of decay" aimed at inflicting triple damage from periodic statuses and is suitable for packs with DoT damage dealers: Jiaoqiu.
- "Storm Tide" mainly enhances characters with quantum damage type, so it is suitable for a limited number of builds with the main DD: Jasper.
- "Piercing Frost" It has a more universal effect of increasing DPS from penetration and acceleration of the entire pack, so it is recommended for other groups.
Flamenco's monkey trick
The boss in the second room is a health-bound group of monsters, Flamen's Monkey Trick: The Wonder Forest Banafedra Collective (vulnerabilities: ice, electric, imaginary). This means that any attacks drain the HP bar of all enemies at once, and group skills cause more damage due to damage to several monsters. The vulnerability scale, in turn, is different for each enemy.
The Collective battle has an auxiliary channel switching mechanic: when a squad member has dealt a certain number of attacks to an enemy, their durability will be destroyed, and additional damage will be dealt to the boss's overall vulnerability bar. Thus, the main strategy in preparation for and during battle is to use wide area attacks.
Create a squad with an AoE damage dealer and choose one of the buffs:
- "Crib" acts as a supplement to the abilities of characters who use skills or ults on allies. Most heroes of the Path of Harmony and Abundance, as well as some shielders of Preservation, such as the Ice March 7.
- "Break between classes" Works well for most heroes, especially if the super ability deals decent area damage.
- "Delay after class" directly increases the damage of skills and basic attack, so it is more recommended for fighters such as Blade.
The illusion of the end of patch 2.3 is dedicated to Cocolia and Argenti. Additional buffs are aimed at breaking through vulnerabilities, and among individual team buffs you can find periodic damage, damage from superpowers, basic hits and bonus attacks.
Smoldering corners of the phase and postulates of the finale
The Embers of the Storm Knight phase offer the following team buff: Breaking through an enemy's vulnerability with the Relentless Defense status restores skill points and immediately activates the super abilities of all allies in the squad. Vulnerability penetration damage increases by 15%, super penetration damage increases by 25%.
The following team bonuses will become available as Final Postulates:
- Broken Paradise (1 and 2 Nodes) - Increases the penetration effect of allies by 50%. When dealing damage with super penetration, the character's speed increases by 40% from the current indicator of its speed. The boost lasts until the next turn.
- Moment of completion (1 Node) - Increases the damage of the team's superpowers by 50%. After defeating an enemy, the ally's action moves forward by 25%.
- Decay resistance (1 Node) - All periodic damage taken by an enemy with the Unyielding Defense status is recorded. After breaking through his vulnerability, this enemy receives damage equal to 170% from what was recorded.
- Ash Battlefield (2 Node) - Increases the damage done by allies' basic attacks and skills by 50%. After defeating an enemy, the ally's action moves forward by 25%.
- Chasing Doomsday (2 Node) - Bonus attack damage taken by an enemy with the Unyielding Defense status is recorded. After breaking through his vulnerability, this enemy receives damage equal to 200% from what was recorded.
Destroyer of the Mistral of Despair
In the first node, the battle takes place in two stages: in the first phase of the test it is necessary to defeat Cocolia and Cheetah, in the second half the Guardian of Belobog appears in the enhanced form of “Mother of Deception”. Depending on the difficulty of ing, the list of boss features gradually expands; accordingly, in the final test, all of Cocolia’s enhancements are in effect. You can study additional enemy talents in the table below:
Complexity | Gain | Effect |
I | Unyielding Defense | Damage taken by the boss illusion is reduced by 50%. After breaking through the vulnerability, its effect is further delayed, and the damage it receives increases by 100%. |
II | Transfer to the battlefield | Cheetah enters the fight and defends the boss illusion. The illusion transfers its vulnerability type to summoned creatures, and when defeating summoned creatures, its durability is further reduced. |
III | Nowhere to run | The summoned creature marks one ally. After the boss uses a single attack, he repeats the skill on the selected target. |
IV | Steadfast Determination | Reduces the damage taken by all of its allies, but at the same time, each type of vulnerability they have increases the damage received. |
Best Squads
In a battle with a boss who summons opponents to his side, the ability of allies to deal damage to the desired element in an area is highly valued. Based on the examples of units, assemble a group suitable for ing the test:
Character 1 | Character 2 | Character 3 | Character 4 | Recommendation |
---|---|---|---|---|
Strengthening for the Final Postulate: “Moment of Completion” or “Perseverance of Decay”. | ||||
Strengthening for the Final Postulate: “Moment of Completeness.” |
Tactic
As the difficulty increases, Cocolia becomes a difficult opponent, in the battle with which you will have to adhere to a certain strategy:
- Try to remove Cocolia's vulnerability as quickly as possible to increase the damage she takes and take her out of the battle for a short time.
- Make a group primarily of Quantum and Electric damage dealers, and also refrain from using characters that attack single targets.
- Focus on defeating the Spears of Infinite Cold, which the boss gives away his vulnerability to. While creatures are present on the field, it will not be possible to reduce the enemy's resistance.
- Watch Cheetah's moves and prepare his ultimate in advance, which imposes a common shield on allies.
- Be sure to include a in your squad that increases resistance to effects or removes weakening.
Silver Knight of Virtue
Within the second node, the battle similarly takes place in two stages, however, only the presence of a dangerous skill such as summoning depends on the phase. In the first half, the knight summons statues on the field in a random order, and in the second phase he simultaneously summons 4 identical creatures. As with Cocolia, Argenti's illusion unlocks new power-ups as difficulty increases:
Complexity | Gain | Effect |
I | Unyielding Defense | Damage taken by the boss illusion is reduced by 50%. After breaking through the vulnerability, its effect is further delayed, and the damage it receives increases by 100%. |
II | Luck Cancellation | During the battle, the boss illusion can change its fighting stance and summon various statues. When characters defeat statues with the Soul Deliverance status, the damage dealt by the unit increases. |
III | Turning things around | When the illusion uses Soul Deliverance in its second phase, it targets all statues. |
IV | Star Defender | Each enemy on the boss's side, except the illusion itself, reduces damage taken and increases damage dealt. |
Best Squads
The problem with the battle with Argenti is the ability to summon 4 shields on the field, which impose Taunt on allies. In this case, until you defeat the enemy assigned to the character, the team member will not be able to change the target. For this reason, it is more profitable to build a squad from characters with area skills, as well as those who are able to defeat their target alone.
Character 1 | Character 2 | Character 3 | Character 4 | Recommendation |
---|---|---|---|---|
Enhancement for Final Postulate: “Paradise Broken.” | ||||
Strengthening for the Final Postulate: “Ash Battlefield”. |
Tactic
Pay attention to these tips to help you get through the battle:
- Don't ignore summons, but actively destroy their durability and reduce their health. Victory over summoned creatures will give the squad increased damage, a shield, or provide additional damage.
- Destroy multiple enemies at once to prevent Argenti from being able to block the vulnerability in one summon.
- First of all, target creatures with a golden halo of the Soul Deliverance skill, as the skills of such opponents are enhanced.
- When forming a squad, provide a with mass protection, since the Spear ability hits the area.
The end of patch 2.4 illusion features Kafka and the Doomsday Beast. Gains Embers operate on all floors and are aimed at using characters with Clara. Counterattacks are a type of bonus hit that is performed by an ally after receiving an enemy attack.
Main mode buff: When breaking through the vulnerability of an enemy with the Unyielding Defense status, the actions of all squad move forward by 100%, and their energy for performing superpowers is fully replenished. In other words, when durability bar of the boss dwindling, each ally immediately makes a move and can use an ultimate. If you see that the “shield” scale of the main enemy is almost zero, then you should have time to activate the superpowers of the heroes, since after breaking through they will still be replenished.
When fighting with each of the bosses, there are Postulates of the final, the essence of which is also aimed at breaking through the vulnerability of opponents and causing damage to them. In both halves you can select the gain "Paradise of the End", which will allow bonus attacks and counterattacks from allies to deplete the enemy's durability even if he does not have the corresponding type of vulnerability. The effect of the initial damage of the skill's durability is 50% for bonus attacks, and 100% for counterattacks.
There are two more unique Final Postulates available in the first half against Kafka:
- "Reverse Submission": Increases the damage of a basic attack and makes it even stronger against enemies with a broken vulnerability.
- "Hunter's Step": Breaking through an opponent's vulnerability moves the character's action forward.
In the second part against the Doomsday Beast, there are two more Final Postulates to choose from:
- "Karmic Value": The enemy receives more penetration damage.
- "Last Stand": The critical damage of characters increases and becomes even higher against opponents with a broken vulnerability.
The Attractive Lord: How to Defeat Kafka
At the first node you have to win Kafka. In her first phase together with it you resist Fire from Space (vulnerabilities: physical, imaginary) and Ice from Space (vulnerabilities: fire, wind). In second phase instead of them there will be Overcooked from the “Nightmare” troupe (vulnerabilities: physical, imaginary) and Meme of the memory zone “Shell of Extinguished Fury” (vulnerabilities: fire, wind).
Defeat any summoned enemy and its Elemental Weakness types will transfer to the second creature. When both creatures fall, all four types of vulnerabilities will move to Kafka. If you don’t have time to destroy the boss within a while, both creatures will reappear on the field.
With each floor the difficulty of the test will increase. So at level 3, for each enemy on the field, all opponents will take less damage. In phase 4, instead of Kafka strengthening one of the creatures, all summoned monsters will receive buffs.
Among the Final Postulates there are three available:
- "Paradise of the End" will suit the team through bonus attacks in order to quickly destroy enemies with mass abilities, including if the hero’s damage element does not match the enemy’s weakness (Doctor Ratio, Topaz, Zaryanka, Aventurine and others).
- "Reverse Submission" good in a group through one hypercarry, who is ed by various s, mainly relying on regular attacks (Moon Eater, Argenti, Yunli and others).
- "Hunter's Step" designed for units playing through vulnerability penetration (Firefly, Boothill, Xuei).
Star Destroyer Beast
At the second node you will encounter the Doomsday Beast, which is divided into three parts: The right hand of disaster (vulnerability: physical, fire, ice), Left hand of dawn (vulnerability: physical, fire, wind) and Antimatter Engine. Gradually destroy them so that the types of weakness are transferred to Antimatter engine, and after destroying all three fragments you can deal damage directly to the boss. If you do not have time to get rid of all the parts within a certain time, they will gradually return to the battlefield.
In battle, allies will randomly gain the effect quantum or imaginary infusion. On their turns, attack parts of the boss with the corresponding element, which will be highlighted by the icon, to remove the effect and prevent the characters from receiving a negative status.
At challenge difficulty level 3, activating a single skill, group strike, or skill will respectively increase the enemy's speed, attack power, or restore health. At stage 4, it will reduce incoming damage to allies, but at the same time increase the damage received for each different type of vulnerability.
When choosing Final Postulates, there are three options:
- "Paradise of the End" will be useful for squads with bonus attacks, even if the elements of the characters in the squad do not fit the types of enemy vulnerabilities (Doctor Ratio, Topaz, Zaryanka, Aventurine and others).
- "Karmic Cyclicity" Suitable for groups with damage dealers from the penetration effect (Firefly, Boothill, Xuei).
- "Last Stand" intended for teams with several damage dealers (Blade, Jingliu) or compositions that are not suitable for other reinforcements.
In update 2.5, Illusion of the End will offer to fight such dangerous opponents as Aventurine and Fantiliya. To make the fight easier, a special buff is available at all difficulty levels and nodes, increasing the damage received by opponents from bonus attacks and super abilities.
This season's Smoldering Embers advance all allies' actions by 100% after penetrating an enemy's vulnerability with the Unyielding Defense status and fully restore the party's skill points. The only such enemy on the battlefield is the boss itself, and its vulnerability scale, in turn, opens only after certain conditions are met: collecting the required number of points or destroying one or more Lotuses. In addition to buffs for the allied squad, penetrating an enemy's vulnerability also applies the Weakness negative status to it, increasing the damage it takes.
In addition to the single boost that applies to all challenges in a season, additional boosts called Endgame Postulates can be selected for each difficulty level.
In the battle with the Desperate Player Aventurine, one of three available enhancements will help:
- "A Lucky Turn": Allows allies' bonus attack damage to ignore 15% of all enemy resistance types, and also drain tenacity that does not match the character's damage type. Such damage only corresponds to 50% of the original tenacity damage of the skill used.
- "High Stakes": Increases ice damage dealt by characters by 55%.
- "Pursuit and Elimination": Advances the action of the character who has penetrated the enemy's vulnerability by 15%. The effect can only be triggered once per turn.
For the battle with the Adventurer Provocateur Fantilija, you can choose the following Ending Postulates:
- "Scorched earth": Attacking an enemy with a breached vulnerability immediately activates all damage over time effects on the target and deals 60% of the original damage. The effect can only occur once per turn.
- "Intertwined Chaos": After defeating an enemy, the Penetration Damage received by all enemy targets on the battlefield is increased by 5%. The effect stacks up to 5 times and even applies to new creatures that appear during the battle.
- "Crushing Force": Increases critical damage of super abilities by 30%. Damage is increased by an additional 30% when inflicted on enemies with a broken vulnerability.
Desperate Gambler: How to Defeat Aventurine
The first node of the season will be opposed by the Desperate Gambler: Aventurine (weaknesses: physical, ice, electric, wind), as well as the dice he summons, which have the same set of weaknesses. The second phase differs from the first only in the sets of the boss's abilities, as well as the number of dice that simultaneously exist on the battlefield.
During both phases of the battle, to open the boss's vulnerability scale, you must play a game with him and score more points than what is indicated on the screen behind Aventurine. Scoring is done by destroying dice summoned by the Desperate Gambler. The number indicated under the dice will be added to the total after defeating the target. In addition, destroying the dice will inflict some physical damage to the boss and slightly reduce his durability.
Attacking the boss at this point is useless, the damage dealt to him is greatly reduced by the current Unyielding Defense effect. Once you have more points than Aventurine, the effect will be removed and his vulnerability scale will open, allowing you to break through it and deal the bulk of the damage.
In the second phase, the number of dice summoned by the boss will increase, and their effects will change slightly. First of all, try to destroy those dice that give a large number of points, and also double the number you already have.
Depending on the assembled squad, make a choice in favor of the following Final Postulates:
- "A Lucky Turn" will significantly strengthen teams whose main damage comes from bonus attacks, allowing them to not only ignore resistances, but also reduce durability regardless of the character's element. The boost is suitable for Feixiao, Blade, Himeko, Jing Yuan and others.
- "High Stakes" will only strengthen ice-type heroes: Jingliu, Gerta, Misha, Pela and others.
- "Pursuit and Elimination" will allow the damager to advance as the targets' vulnerabilities are penetrated. The effect will be a useful acquisition for those squads that have allies that increase the effectiveness of penetration, or lack characters that fit the conditions of the other two Postulates.
The adventurous provocateur: how to defeat Fantilija
The second node will feature the Adventurer Provocateur: Fantilla (weaknesses: fire, electric, wind, imaginary) and the Lotuses she summons, which have the same set of weaknesses. As in the previous stage, the phases of the battle differ only in the skills of the boss and the number of creatures summoned.
During the battle with Fantilla in any phase, her vulnerability scale will also be unavailable, and it will be impossible to deal significant damage to her due to the active effect of Unyielding Defense. The buff can only be removed after destroying one of the Lotuses on the battlefield. Destroying a flower will damage the Adventurer Provocateur, slightly reduce her durability, and also heal allies and increase their penetration effect.
After destroying the Lotus, concentrate your attacks on Fantilla. After a few actions, the enemy will summon flowers again and block her vulnerability scale, forcing you to repeat all the actions again.
To defeat your opponent, you can choose the following Final Postulates that will make the battle easier:
- "Scorched earth" will significantly strengthen units focused on dealing damage over time. If you have chosen a team that plays from this effect, be sure to arm yourself with the boost.
- "Intertwined Chaos" Significantly increases allies' penetration damage as they defeat enemies. The most versatile buff, suitable for almost all squads.
- "Crushing Force" will help characters whose damage is concentrated in superpowers. If your squad includes Blade, Himeko, Jing Yuan, Serval, Guinaifen and others, you can choose this Postulate.
In the Illusion of the end of patch 2.6, the main enemies will be Kafka and the "Choir of Balance" Great Septimius. A special blessing of Smoldering Embers applies to all levels, increasing the damage of Vulnerability Penetration and Bonus Attacks by 20%.
Similar to previous seasons, the Sovereign Control buff when breaking through an opponent's vulnerability under the Unyielding Defense status fills the characters' skill points and energy to the maximum. That is, reducing the boss's durability to zero will allow the heroes to instantly perform superpowers and skills, no matter how many action points were accumulated before. In order to be able to break the vulnerability of this enemy, you will first have to transfer it from his minions to himself.
In addition to the main bonus, both floors have three additional Final Postulates, from which you can choose one. The following buffs are available in the battle against Kafka:
- "Subjugation of all living things": Increases damage from all character bonus attacks by 50%.
- "Capricious Spirits": If one of the enemies dies, all heroes' actions are immediately advanced by 10%.
- "A Lucky Turn": Damage from allied bonus hits ignores 15% of any enemy resistances and drains their tenacity even if they do not have a suitable vulnerability. This increase corresponds to 50% of the tenacity damage of the ability used.
In the battle against the Choir of Balance, there are these Endgame Postulates:
- "Victory Dash": Activating a bonus attack advances the hero by 15% on the action bar. This buff can only be triggered once before the next turn of this character.
- "Disappearance without a trace": The effectiveness of a specific hero's vulnerability penetration is increased by 25% after they use their Ultimate.
- "War begets war": All allies in the team have their penetration effect increased by 50%. If one of them penetrates an enemy vulnerability, they regenerate 5 units of energy.
The Attractive Lord: How to Defeat Kafka
In the first room you will have to fight the Alluring Lord: Kafka (vulnerabilities: imaginary, physical, fire, wind). In the initial phase, the minions will be Fire and Ice from space, and in the second part you will encounter Overcooked from the "Nightmare" troupe and the Meme of the memory zone "Shell of Extinct Fury", on which the specified types of vulnerabilities will initially hang.
The special mechanics of this boss is the imposition of buffs on the creatures summoned by it, as well as the fact that the more enemies in the arena, the less damage they take. Kafka herself is able to impose the Submission status, due to which characters begin to attack allies, but this weakening can be removed. In the second half, the probability of receiving this debuff becomes even higher, since the enemy's arsenal is supplemented by introducing targets into the Hypnosis status, followed by Submission.
Before the battle, set the Final Postulate according to the selected squad:
- "Subjugation of all living things" will be useful not only for damage dealers who play from normal attacks, but also for some Harmony characters, to slightly increase their damage. The first group includes Moon Eater, imaginary March 7, Topaz, Boothill, Blade.
- "Capricious Spirits" will speed up all allies after defeating an opponent, which is a pretty universal boost.
- "A Lucky Turn" is designed for characters from the bonus attack and will allow them to break through the enemy's durability even if their elements do not match his vulnerabilities. The ranks of such heroes include Dr. Ratio, Armor, Topaz, Himeko, Robin, Blade, Yunli, imaginary March 7, Feixiao.
Conductor of Cacophony: How to Defeat Septimius the Great
The second room includes the boss Conductor of Cacophony: Choir of Balance (vulnerabilities: imaginary, electric, fire and quantum). He summons 4 echoes of old dreams to the battlefield, which are given his types of elemental resistance. If one of the types of vulnerability is pierced on any minion, it is transferred to all enemies. Summoned creatures have increased damage resistance to those elements to which they are not weak.
With each level of the creature's durability depleted, allies gain the "If We Walk in the Light" status, which consists of accumulating a mass shield on them.
In the second phase, the Choir of Balance enters a special state called "In the Beginning Was the Word." While in this state, the boss gains a charge of this effect with each turn of the allies. When the state value reaches 7 stacks, the enemy deals huge imaginary damage, ignoring the defense of the targets.
The following Endgame Postulates are available in the battle against the Cacophony Conductor:
- "Victory Dash" Speeds up characters after they perform a bonus attack. Due to enemy vulnerabilities, this is suitable for Dr. Ratio, Jing Yuan, Topaz, Kafka, Himeko, Qingque, Aventurine, and False March 7.
- "Disappearance without a trace" It is designed for heroes who play based on their ultimate abilities and can be considered a universal bonus for squads that are not suited to the other two buffs.
- "War begets war" will help to penetrate the enemy's vulnerability faster and will restore some of the energy to the character who did it. Rappa, Firefly, False Pathfinder, Gallagher and Ruan Mei are tied to the penetration effect.
In the Illusion of the End of Patch 3.0 you will have to fight against Fantilia. Smoldering coals in both halves of the tests with penetration of the vulnerability of opponents will instantly restore all action points and completely "fill" the energy for the superpowers of all allies, along with which the damage taken by opponents will increase.
The following buffs are available against Sky-Enveloping Star-Eater Swarm:
- "A Witty Victory": only useful for teams with at least 2 characters of the Path of Erudition, which is primarily aimed at Jasper (Erudition: Quantum).
- "Feats of Great Power": designed not only for heroes with physical damage, but will also help to avoid negative statuses in any squad. Will fully reveal itself on Yunli (Destruction: Physical). If you are having issues with the status resistance attribute in a group, take this buff and have a higher chance of avoiding Quantum Binding and Rage nerfs.
- "Hunter's Step": suitable for characters from penetration of vulnerability - Moon Eater (Destruction: Imaginary).
In the battle against the Adventurer Provocateur, choose one of three Postulates of the ending:
- "Scorched earth": focused on damage over time heroes, so it's suitable Guinaifen (Non-existence: Fire).
- "Intertwined Chaos": it is recommended to choose for teams from the penetration effect, where there is Rappa (Erudition: Imaginary).
- "Crushing Force": will be useful for all other squads and will increase the damage of basic attacks with ultimates. Take this buff for squads with Moon Eater (Destruction: Imaginary).

As part of the Illusion of the end of patch 3.1 "Gambling Monkey", the Pioneers will have to fight against such opponents as Aventurine "Desperate Gambler" and Flame Trick of the Monkeys.
The following Enhancement Postulates are available for the first squad fighting against the Aventurine boss:
- "Battlefield of Minds" — aimed at increasing damage from basic attacks, as well as advancing the attacking character's actions after the enemy is defeated. Mostly suitable for heroes whose main skill is in rotation basic attack. These include, for example, swordsman and hunter Blade.
- "All in" - increases speed and reduces incoming damage. Recommended for beginners who do not have an abundance of characters and do not have high attack power, if we consider the pool of available free heroes.
- "A Lucky Turn" — significantly increases the combat effectiveness of units that play from the mechanics of bonus attacks. Bright representatives are erudite doctor Razio.
For the second squad, who must defeat a group of enemies from the "Fiery Monkey Prank" troupe, the following positive effects are unlocked:
- "Taking the banana example" — a good bonus, which is recommended to choose if there are representatives in the squad (Harmony, Abundance and Preservation), whose skill and superpower are used to an ally. The minimum number of such heroes for a squad to take the Postulate of Strengthening is - from 2.
- "Education for all bananas" — a variant of a positive effect for units that play from the penetration mechanics. The main representatives are: Galactic Ranger Boothill.
- "Learning and bananas go hand in hand" — a bonus that affects the increase in skill damage and superpowers. Accordingly, it is worth choosing if the main DPS group uses the listed skills more often than others.

We hope this guide helped you learn how to beat Illusion of the End and create the best squads for it in Honkai: Star Rail. If you encounter any difficulties or questions while completing the levels, feel free to leave them below. in comments.
there is only kafka and jingliu (from dd, I will not describe the squads), the result is that I can only two levels, is there anyone who ed with the same dd up to lvl 4 with 3 stars? if so, then advise the squads, maybe I just have such packs (although with the kafka squad I am sure that this is the best possible for my , as a result I can only on lvl 1000 with 3 points, I beat kafka with kafka)
Subordinate Evil I completed the first half with the KMM team (Ratio + Topaz + Aventurine) with SV, and the second half with a firefly with superbrotium (Zhuan + GG accordion), but of course everything depends on the leveling, so good luck to you!
Can not understand. Level 4 in the first turn Cocolia kills almost everyone))) How is this possible? I can’t even fight back 😂
Qingque closes almost solo
Starting from stage 3, it’s impossible to get through it stupidly. The enemy moves all at once, I can only play as a healer and only because he is the only one left in the pack
Put a bolt on this thing, the content for the whales was obviously delivered
for what other whales? I just had to cast the Persians according to the strength factor, and not the waifu factor:ddd
blatant lie and provocationXD
closes and waifu on the car
Content for those who bought Firefly and Boothil + the presence of Ruan Mei is required. This mode is designed for super penetration; there is no other way to it. Here, from penetration, the ult and points are immediately restored.
Without Ruanka, Firefly ed through Kokolia. In the 2nd team, just more damage, so that after breaking through it can be demolished in 1-2 moves, my Devourer managed to do it. Although, of course, everything didn’t happen on the first try.
