Grace does not receive a bonus from the team. Here she cannot even act as a sub DD, because her damage is cut. Here Rina perfectly combines the bonus from the team for both Grace (Element) and Ellen (Faction). But in this composition, it is Ellen who pulls the blanket over herself, which makes Grace ballast. If your Shark does not have a const, then I would suggest using an intimidation character so that she can better collect her charges. If so, then Enby will do (if you want to keep Rina in the squad). However, the so-called classic build Ellen>Lycaon>Sokaku shows itself better.
If we think about squads with Grace, then, in my opinion, it is not worth keeping her in mono-electro packs (especially in the main DD position), because electro anomalies are more than one and a half times more effective in chaos reactions. What prompts us to pick up packs where she acts in the sub DD position, and also opens the chaos reaction. In such packs, it is worth neglecting the intimidation agents, because it turns out to be a revolver pack, where agents often change. Other agents should be of a different element.

It's worth starting from the faction. From the Belobogs, there are characters of two elements - fire and electricity. Since, playing through chaos, electricity is not suitable for us, fire remains. From the Main DD, who would perfectly hold the anomaly, there is only Soldier 11, but this means that you will have to take Kolyada or Ben for the slot to keep the team bonus.
I think Grace is a great character who is not being allowed to open up yet. It would be a great experience to bring Grace (opening chaos) and Piper (closing chaos) together, but for that we are waiting for an electro agent from Sons of Calydon or a physical agent from Belobog.
Now Grace can only perform as a sub dd for Anton in monoelectro packs, although the same pack Anton>Enby>Rina looks better.
