What to do with Jacob and Taylor in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty
During a conversation with President Myers, two men will burst into the shelter. Hide under the table with Rosalind and make an urgent decision - you can immediately open fire or say "No! Let's come to an agreement with them! ".
No matter how the fate of the uninvited guests is decided, it will not affect the main plot of the add-on. Jacob and Taylor are minor NPCs who don't play much of a role in the story. However, if you keep them alive and come to a peace agreement, you can find out more information about the Dog City and their connection with Hansen.
Kill the guys
Come out of hiding to talk to strangers. If you select a replica “You ***** boys”If you start shooting or get too close to them, a fight will break out.
Kill Jacob and Taylor, then throw the bodies down the garbage chute. This will end the short hour of glory of the uninvited guests - V and Myers will no longer them.
Agree with them
If you plan to leave the netrunners alive, then answer the comment about Rosalind Myers' head "We can discuss this". As a result, the conflict will be settled, and the guys will be allowed to spend the night in a shelter.
Talk to Jacob and Taylor
Before going to bed, you can additionally chat with the men in the next room. What Jacob can tell you:
- One day, in the house where V and Rosalind temporarily settled, 12 roasted netrunners were found. Therefore, Hansen declared it a restricted area.
- The guys are in bad standing with the ruler of the Dog City; because of him, Jacob was left without a leg.
- Colonel Kurt trades a lot of things within the area - illegally obtained weapons, medicine and ammunition.
Taylor is a former nomad and prefers solitude, so he will not be so accommodating.
If you leave the guys alive, they will stay in the apartment for a while longer, and you can also talk to them. But later, during one of the story missions, you will still find them killed. If they carried Myers through the meters in the mission "Sleeper Agent" and did not remove the cameras, they will be shot by Barghest's soldiers trying to protect the president.
Otherwise, they will live until Reed takes Rosalind out of the shelter. Later it will become known that he “dealt with them.” In any case, the guys will have a bad ending.
