How to get Dory in Genshin Impact

Banner with increased chance for Dory will be in the first half patch 5.1, lasting from October 9 to 29.

Hello! Shilonen as a healer is not needed in such teams, since she is an elemental damage buffer, and the superconductor is a reaction for physical damage. In general, Rosaria as a physical damage dealer is quite weak (relative to Eola), and the physical damage itself is the worst in the game at the moment. It is better to play from Overload, Dendro reactions or Charged, in fact.
