Deetin in Honkai Star Rail: how to get a profile picture

How to get Deetin's avatar in Honkai: Star Rail

You can open the Deetin icon during the mission. "The clouds of fate are scattered, the banners are lowered" at the “Discuss plans with fellow travelers” stage, when there will be an optional opportunity to say goodbye to people you meet on Lofo.

Subject to the conditions, you will find Ditin a little west of the teleporter of the Star-skiff Quay, in the north-west of the Central Harbor location of Star-Sailboat Refuge.

Talk to the bionic dog by choosing any of the options in the dialogue. After follow the dog to the chest, which will be on the southwest corner of the Star Palace.

You can’t skip the moment with finding the dog and get straight to the treasure on your own, since the chest will not appear on the point without Deetin.

As soon as you open the treasure, you will receive avatar with Deetin for the in-game profile, but you won't get any other rewards or achievements. The dog will remain on the point, and when interacting with it, it will begin to bark.

Companion Mission "Trial of the Ice Blade" does not conflict with opening the icon. If you start the quest and Deetin runs around the location with a “tail”, then when the bionic dog is located at the point at the end of the “End of the Burial, the Beginning of the Path” quest, there will be a separate second dog leading to the avatar.

Can I get the Deetin icon after completing the Exploration mission?
