hunting and gathering
Two forgotten crafts, to which not only the survivors of the disaster, but also the main character will have to return. Rare plants used to make arrows and create healing potions, popular with local merchants just like the meat of wild animals. The local flora and fauna are gradually replacing humans, so it will not be difficult to meet a deer, wolf or bear in the forests of Oregon.
Leveling certain skills
Some skills in Days Gone are indirectly related to additional earning opportunities. These include "Gardener" и "Butcher": they double the amount of resources when collecting plants and animal meat. However, the maximum benefit of these skills is revealed in conjunction with the skills "Hawkeye" и "Executioner". The first of them highlights the location of nearby plants on the mini-map, the second allows you to turn the tide of the battle with large opponents.
Clearing Infested Zones
Not only people, but also the infected managed to adapt to life in the new Oregon. Freakers settled in the so-called nests, which Deacon will have to destroy during the age of Days Gone. Mutants who are inside their shelters during the burning become easy prey and source of valuable rewards for the main character.
Annihilation of the hordes
The main feature of Days Gone are hordesscattered throughout the map. To counter so many phreakers, you need to acquire the appropriate weapons and have some kind of action plan. If successful, Deacon will receive huge stock of trophy ears mutants, which can be exchanged for loans at the nearest camp.

Completing tasks in the camps
In the settlements for Deacon there is always work. The reward for successfully locating a missing camp member or destroying a nearby marauder camp is Trust Points and Credits.
Tracking Rare Freakers
If a horde of several dozen or hundreds of infected mutants becomes a good source of credit due to the large number of trophies, then the value of special varieties of phreakers lies in their rarity. Having arranged a hunt for such specimens, you can not only earn extra money, but also evaluate your capabilities in a battle with a deadly enemy.
