During the party, chat with everyone and find out what everyone has planned. Improve romance with Rose, leaving for Podebrady with her father. At the end of the quest, you will have to decide whether to fight the desperate Eric or ignore his challenge.
Talk to Janos
Janos sits separately from everyone, at the gate in the fortress courtyard. Once you finish talking to the commander, go down to the courtyard and turn right. The Hungarian can be found at the very stairs. He lost two close friends during the robbery, so he does not want to the celebration.
Sit with the others
Find four comrades sitting at a table nearby. You can the feast by talking to one of them or sitting in an empty seat.
Once the dialogue starts, the first thing you will be asked to do is drink. Each of the companions will propose a toast, and each of them has their own opinion on what to drink to first. At this point, Henry can one of the speeches proposed by the companions or make his own toast.
To develop a relationship with Katerina, it is recommended to choose: "For the beauty of our Katerina!"In his speech, Henry will point out the girl's merits in the uprising against Sigismund.
Next you will have the opportunity to listen to your comrades' opinions about the robbery, as well as learn about their plans. To further improve your relationship with Katerina, ask: "Will you stay with us, Katerina?"When she replies that she is just going to eat and sleep, choose: "Is there a place for me?"The girl will laugh it off, but the relationship with her will improve.
In the rest of the dialogue, you can ask all available questions to learn more about your comrades, but this is not necessary.
Say goodbye to Rose
Rosa Ruthard leaves Kutna Hora with her father, and in this quest she can be met for the last time. The nobles are preparing to leave in the outer courtyard of the fortress. Rosa herself is not marked with a quest marker, but you can talk to her and, if the romance with her is successful, get a farewell kiss, thereby putting an end to the relationship. The girl is standing separately from everyone, closer to the forge.
In the same courtyard you can find Jan Ptacek, discussing the wedding with Mr. Bocek. To improve your reputation, Jan by choosing in the dialogue: "We need birds".
To continue the quest, you need to say goodbye to Ruthard, Rose's father. Find him near the cart in the outer courtyard and start a conversation. You can ask him questions or just say goodbye, it won't affect anything.
Go to the duel with Eric
Once you finish talking to Sir Ruthard, a cutscene will start in which the nobles leave Suchdol. At this moment, the wounded Kubenka returns. He was captured, but not even tortured. Erik lets Kubenka go on the condition that he gives Henry a message. Wanting to avenge Istvan's death, Erik waits for Henry at the site of Sigismund's old camp.
In this dialogue you can answer whatever you want, Kubenka and Janos will in any case send you to consult with Zizka first.
The fight with Eric is the most difficult in the game, so make a decision whether to fight or not based on your leveling. If you easily dealt with all the enemies before, then most likely there will be no problems with the final boss. If you are not confident in your strength, you can refuse the fight, this will not affect the plot in any way.
You can talk to the guard right away to go to the duel with Eric. If you want to know the opinion of others about the duel, go to the courtyard. Here you can talk to your comrades, everyone will have a different opinion on this matter.
To talk to Zizka about Eric, find him in the courtyard, where the centurion is already celebrating with the others. In the conversation with the commander, you can choose what to do next. If you want to refuse the duel, say: "I will not accept the challenge". The centurion will ask again if Henry is sure of his decision. To confirm that you do not want to fight, select: "No, I don't want to kill him.".
Go after Zizka and figure out what's going on
If you refuse, follow Zizka to the outer gate, where the final cutscene of the quest will start, after which the siege will begin.
You can also ask Zizka's opinion or agree to fight by choosing the answer "I will accept"The commander will give advice: before the battle, you can insult Istvan so that Eric loses his head.
Prepare for the fight
Before heading to Eric, make sure your weapons and armor are in good condition. You can use the whetstone in the fortress forge.
In the western part of the courtyard there is a room with an alchemy table to prepare potions. In the same room you can find a chest with a light lock, inside which there are ingredients and a couple of weak potions: calendula infusion and "Living Water".
Once you're ready for battle, talk to the guard at the outer gate.
Defeat Eric
To defeat Eric, before the fight you can choose a sarcastic remark and weaken the enemy:
- Slug! (provoke and attack) — a difficult coercion option, requires high eloquence points. Choose if you haven't talked to Zizka about the enemy's weaknesses.
- You will die like Istvan. (Provoke and attack) - If you asked the commander for advice, you will discover an easy way to hurt Eric.
Depending on your level, the fight with Eric can be very difficult or not cause any difficulties at all. If Henry has Reforged sword of Racek Kobyla and the technique has been learned "A Skillful Strike", victory over the enemy will be very easy.
Otherwise, you will have to parry Eric's blows for a very long time, trying to inflict damage. The main thing in this fight is to use the weapons that you used most often throughout the game. that any unblocked blow from Eric can lead to the end of the game.
After defeating Eric, the Prague army will appear under the leadership of Sir Bergov and Markvart von Aulitz. Henry will rush back to the fortress to inform everyone about the impending threat. The Prague soldiers will besiege Suchdol, and the game will move to the final stage.

For some reason, the developers left Eric alive because it is impossible to kill him, the escape scene is triggered. He will probably be the main bad guy in the third game. By the way, von Bergov can be added to the list of bad guys for the future sequel. Henry should become a nobleman in the sequel, because the commoner Brabant received the title of baron from someone unknown (I von Bergov promised Henry spurs before the storming of Nebakov, but he blundered). By the way, Henry can be congratulated on fatherhood, because Mrs. Stefania from Talberg unexpectedly for Mr. Divish became pregnant (for connoisseurs of the first game and players who carefully read the dialogues).
