Briefly about the events of the previous season

Kamome Academy is rich in all sorts of mystical legends, and the walls of this educational institution keep many secrets. Among the students, there are rumors about the ghost of Hanako, allegedly living in the women's toilet on the third floor. According to school legends, this ghost girl will grant any wish of the person who asked, but you will have to pay, and often this price is high.

Nene Yashiro is in love with the school idol Teru Minamoto, but the girl has very little chance of attracting the handsome boy's attention. In desperation, the schoolgirl goes to the toilet to ask the ghost for help, only everything does not go according to plan. Hanako turns out to be not a girl, but a boy. Nene herself foolishly eats a mermaid's scale, hoping to bewitch her beloved. The schoolgirl enters into a contract with Hanako, with whom she is now connected. The unlucky girl and the school ghost try to fulfill Nene's love wish together, but gradually grow closer. A new problem appears on the horizon: the younger brother of Yashiro's romantic interest, Kou Minamoto, as an exorcist, decides to expel Hanako from the school, believing it to be an evil spirit.

In the first part, some arcs were rearranged, several plot details were missed, so it was difficult to make a direct continuation of Toilet Boy Hanako based on the manga, and the second season will clearly deviate from the original source.
