Hey, what's the problem. At least I went this way, but I suspect that the forms will not go anywhere and can be picked up. For example, I quarreled with a dwarf and killed them all, and only after that I began to look for a way to break the rubble. Powder charges and the spell - Thunder Wave, easily penetrates.
There's no need to clear away the rubble at all.
You can go to where the Dwarf Commander stands, who offers to kill Nere, and from there jump to the neighboring island, on which there are 2 levers for the platform.
And that's it. From there you can walk everywhere perfectly, right up to the blockage on the other side.
On the downside, it will be harder to get to the half of this zone that is on the side of the rubble because of the wide distance between the platforms, but if you have a potion/skill/ring for jumping, teleporting or flying, you can transport 1 character and then transport the rest using the moving platforms. Perhaps a character with high strength will be enough for such a jump, I don't know, I'm too lazy to check.
